We always wanted them to get close to nature, but music classes, naptime, weather and other distractions meant that we don't do it as often as we wanted to.
We managed to explore the trail from Venus Drive carpark to the treetop walk and back, on Sunday in the middle of the afternoon when the morning crowd has long gone.

After 4km or so of trekking, we reached the start of the suspension bridge. The view was great, if only we can park our car nearby...
Rewarding our monkeys to carry on walking back to the start point.
The bridge reminded me of Perth. Oliver can't remember though.
The whole journey was about 8km. Oliver walked the distance, and Heidi almost did, until the last stretch when she fell asleep on my shoulder.
